This is a strategic position, which requires planning, implementing and overseeing the target of growth & expansion of regional operations, establishing and implementing internal controls and assuring quality of overall operations. The job profile requires:

M.Sc. or +, preferably in Agronomy, Soil Science or in-case of a befitting person, from any other agri / other discipline. Overall 10-15 years, preferably with experience in this niche agri sector in senior management capacity. Having agricultural inter discipline knowledge, qualification in marketing or at least thoroughly knowing demonstrable marketing skills.

The applicants must have a BBA (MBA a plus) from reputed recognized university; relevant experience preferred; strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be preferably Masters or equivalent from a recognized college / university with 3-4 years of customer services experience (preferably in the same industry), excellent communication skills, ability to lead a team, analytical ability.

There is a vacancy each for a Vice President and Manager with a minimum work experience of four and two years respectively. The candidates must have an excellent academic background in finance or accounting with proficiency in spoken and written English.

The candidates should be an Ex-Pakistan Army Officer. Lieutenant / Captain rank, preferably having an MBA (HR) / LLB degree from a recognized university. The ideal candidate should possess Administrative experience of at least 5 years in any large scale industrial organization.
