Will have overall responsibility for reviewing, approving and closing all facility requests, facility development options, engineering solutions, project budgets and project management in respect of development and / or renovation projects.

We require someone with a civil engineering / construction management or project management background, with 10-12 years of hands-on experience to assume full program, financial and quality control management for development projects consisting of construction of villas & high-rise towers and associated civil & infrastructure works.

Degree \n Civil, Quantity Surveying or building-realated discipline. Able to lead a team of Cost Engineers on multiple projects. Minimum 10 years experience in Administration of Construction Contacts. Meticulus in planning the output and work of the team under him.
