INVESTMENT RESEARCH DIVISION
HEAD OF RESEARCH: This is a management position. The incumbent shall lead a team of investment analysts and database staff and shall be responsible for the creation of the company's investment advisory products and their dissemination. The position is based in Karachi, reports directly to the company's CEO and entails significant domestic and international travel. Ref: HOIR
INVESTMENT ANALYSTS: Investment/research analysts produce research-based investment advisory output to support the Equity Sales Team, value securities and offer investment advice to domestic and international institutional investors. Ref: IARA
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS: Business, accounting, finance, economics or investment qualifications at the Masters level, ideally supplemented with the CFA® Charter. MBA qualifications must be from LUMS, IBA (Karachi) or from a ranked international institute.
EXPERIENCE: Substantive product/resource/division management experience required for the "Head" position. Ideally 2 or more years1 experience for analyst positions, but fresh business graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also apply.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & MIS DIVISION
HEAD, IT & MIS: This is a management position, reporting directly to the company's CEO. The incumbent shall manage the company's MIS and IT functions and supervise the information technology division staff. Ref:
HITM REQUISITES: Masters level IT/MIS/engineering qualifications from a ranked institute, suitably supplemented with substantive product/resource/division management experience.
ADMINISTRATION &HR DIVISION
HEAD, ADMINISTRATION & HR: This is a management position, reporting directly to the company's CEO. The incumbent shall manage the company's Administration & HR functions and the division staff. Ref: ADHR Requisites: Bachelors degree in management, administration, human resources, law or in other relevant field. Substantive administration/ HR/management experience is required, ideally in the financial services industry. Retired officers of the armed forces with relevant experience may also apply.
