MANAGEMENT JOBS RAWALPINDI X10
We are looking to recruit a manager/team leader for our new call centre which is due to open in May 2010 Rawalpindi.
Abilities and requirements
You must possess the ability to train and recruit and motivate staff,
Manage staff in call centre
Use your own marketing knowledge to boost sales
Contact potential clients in the UK
Must be fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
Must have experience in similar role
You will be required to work from 4pm until 12am Monday to Friday and on a 3 month trial basis on full pay. After this time if successful you will be given a permanent position.
Salary.
During trial period a basic salary of 25, 000 RPS per month.
After trial period a basic salary of 30, 000 RPS per month plus commission. On target earnings of 60, 000 Rps per month. Over 700, 000 RPS per annum.
The next stage.

2. An English speaking test will be done over the telephone. If you pass the test you will be notified and move to the next stage.

Although the management position is available in Pakistan we may later require you to take trips to the UK to train staff here. This will be at the paid expenses by the company.
