Manager Finance & Company Secretary (Code: MF-01) Location: Head Office, Islamabad.
JOB SUMMARY:
The position leads the process of execution of financial operations and implementation of financial plans, accounting frameworks, and strategic information systems to support the Bank's business. The position is responsible to oversee regulatory affairs of the Bank as well as implementation of internai controls for effective and efficient execution of business plans approved by the Board of Directors and treasury operations, The position is also responsible to act as the company secretary.
QUALIFICATION:
ACA or FCA,
EXPERIENCE:
More than 10 years of Post Qualification Banking Experience.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
The applicant should be well versed with SBP/SECP Guidelines and Regulations.

Respected Sir, I have done my B.Com in Jan-2000 and am a student of ICMAP and have completed foundation examination and given the exam for STG-3. In present I am working as an Accounts Manager and paying my duties as detailed below, and am quite satisfied from my job and responsibilities. However, I wish to expand my career further, into a position in a prestigious company which will give me the opportunity to use my solid background in cash management, account reconciliation, accounts payable and all other facets of accounting, including accounting for costs on a major project.
Qualification Summery:
More than 10 years of experience in organizing and directing accounting departments, system reviews and financial reporting and analysis for and private organizations and small businesses. Strong accounting management skills with extensive knowledge in statistical processes. Tax preparations, automated general ledger accounting systems, audit management and training of staff. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
Summarised Job Description:
1. To prepare financial budget and maintain as per requirement.
2. To record and maintain all sales & purchase of the company and have to prepare sales tax input & output statements and sales tax return and submission of the same through e-filling on monthly basis and to prepare sales tax record for tax authorities.
3. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
4. Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly Statements for tax deduction made on supplies & services acquired and on employees salaries for complying the Income Tax requirement.
5. Preparation of complete books of Accounts & records for Sales Tax Audit & Income Tax Assessment
6. Preparation of monthly basis accounts statements comprising with Income Statements, Receipts & Payments Accounts, Balance Sheet and Spreadsheets of expenses with supporting vouchers.
7. Preparation of Clients & Vendors Record to prepare and maintain Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable statement twice in a week (Monday and Thursday).
8. In case of any ambiguity inform General Manager HR, Manager Finance, & COO to arrange financial resources.
9. To interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
10. To prepare & maintain Bank Payment Vouchers, Bank Receipts Voucher, Cash Payment Vouchers, Cash Receipt Vouchers and Journal Vouchers for adjusting entries at daily bases.
