Presson Descon International Limited (PDIL) is an International EPCC Company operating in the Oil & Gas industry. We are seeking the following project oriented, highly motivated, self driven and career oriented individuals for our EPCC projects in Pakistan and abroad, We offer a unique opportunity to work alongside high caliber professionals for a wide spectrum of challenging assignments,


1. MANAGER HUMAN CAPITAL
MBA in HR preferably from LUMS/foreign University with an engineering background having 8-12 years hands-on experience with at least 3 years as manager in a reputed organization. He must be a team player and be able to lead the Human Capital Department. He should have excellent communication both in written & spoken English, excellent negotiation skills and expertise in human capital management.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONALS
Graduate Engineer and/or MBA having 6-12 years hands-on experience preferably in Oil & Gas Sector or any project based organization in Pakistan or GCC country. He should have excellent communication both in written & spoken English, excellent negotiation skills and expertise in Business Development/Pre Qualification activities for national and international Oil & Gas Projects.

3. COMMERCIAL PROFESSIONALS
Graduate Engineer and/or MBA having 6-12 years hands-on experience of dealing with contracts and expertise in shipping and logistics in a EPCC company preferably in Oil & Gas Sector. He should have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

4. MECHANICAL/PROCESS ENGINEER-PROPOSALS
Graduate Mechanical Engineers with relevant degree having 7-12 year hands-on experience mostly in Proposal Department of a EPCC company preferably in Oil & Gas Engineering Sector. He should be able to work as Lead Mechanical/Process Engineer in the Proposal Department.

5. ESTIMATOR MECHANICAL
DAE Mechanical having hands-on experience of 4-5 years preferably in Oil & Gas Engineering Sector.

6. PROPOSAL LEAD
Graduate Chemical/Mechanical Engineer having 7-8 years hands-on experience preferably in Oil & Gas Engineering Sector. He should be able to work as Proposal Lead for EPCC projects and Supply Jobs. Good English communication skills i and managerial capabilities are prerequisites for this post.

7. PROCUREMENT PROFESSIONALS
Graduate Engineer and/or MBA, having hands-on procurement/SCM experience of 6-12 years preferably in Oil & Gas industry.

The candidate should be well versed with the concepts of SCM and shall possess excellent negotiation skills, written and spoken English skills. He should be prepared to take highly challenging assignments.
