SENIOR MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES (KARACHI-BASED)
The candidate will be a part of the senior leadership team with a primary focus on monitoring, implementing and ensuring compliance of HR programs, processes and policies. Responsibilities will include designing and executing people-development and growth systems for deployment in a fast-paced, cutting edge environment for our BPO enterprise comprising of over 1,000 employees in multiple locations within Pakistan. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a penchant for innovative thinking, diligence and possess:
* Excellent leadership and people-development skills
* Superior communication and inter-personal skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior HR role in a reputable multi-national organization
BUSINESS ASSOCIATE (BASED IN EITHER KARACHI OR LAHORE)
The candidate will be working with our US-based; global support team to assist in financial and business analysis for our multi-national clients in the telecom and financial services sectors.
* MBA in Finance from a top tier school in Pakistan
* Excellent analytical and inter-personal skills
* 2-years of experience in an investment bank or any other reputable financial services organization or insurance company

Recently retired from army, having an experience of 25 years and remained involved in recruitment,training ,managment and administeration.I have done executive MBA in HR .I am interested in this job.

I have done my masters in HR from London and also have a bachelors degree in computer science from UK. I have been into the telecom sector for last 4 years and currently work in the HR department of a leading telecom company.
