A great opportunity exists for a seasoned executive looking for a challenging leadership role in the leading & fastest growing Tiles & Ceramics Company.

JOB OVERVIEW
* In conjunction with the Marketing Team, conceptualize key marketing activities and effectively execute them.

* Proactively fulfill sales strategy by managing the regional team. Demonstrate the ability to generate business opportunities that leverage STCL in the market place.

* Effectively utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in market place.

* Manage the approved advertising campaigns, to ensure that all after sales, above-the-line and below-the-line communications effectively support the STCL/HOH's image and the brand's strategic and/or tactical objectives.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* MBA with 10 + years of sales and marketing experience, at least 5 years in senior management position.

* A strong team player with a sharp business acumen and ability to analyze financial needs accurately.
