RECEPTIONIST-CUM-ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
A pleasant personality, positive attitude and strong communication skills in English and Urdu as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office will be keys to success in this dynamic organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls and attend to visitors

* Handle courier services and daily incoming & outgoing mails/faxes

* Filing of paperwork as well as photo-copying and scanning of documents

* Perform administrative duties as and when assigned

* Manage appointments, calendar, travel arrangements including hotel and air ticket bookings and meetings

* Assist with meeting/conference preparations, typing correspondence with local and international partners and clients

* Collaborate with Europe-based team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accountant will be responsible for the month end close process

* Preparing journal entries, journal entry review, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis

* All aspects of accounting, control, and analysis

* You will perform ad hoc reporting, prepare budgets, and provide accounting support and guidance to other business unit leaders

REQUIREMENTS:
* A bachelor's degree in Accounting

* 4+ years of professional accounting experience in a corporate setting

* Knowledge of MS-Excel and Word, and ERP systems

* MBA, CAA and CMA preferred
