(1) HEAD OF OPERATIONS
(2) DEPUTY HEAD OF OPERATIONS
The candidate should be graduate in business or commerce or economics with 7 and 3 years operations experience for the above posts respectively, in a senior position, in a financial institution/investment bank. Should be proficient in investment banking products and well versed with analytical skills, risk management tools and applicable rules and regulations.

(3) HEAD OF EQUITY
The candidate should be graduate in business, commerce or economics. Minimum 3 years experience of independently managing equity portfolio of a financial institution/investment bank. Should be well versed with relevant stock exchange rules and other applicable regulatory requirements. Having strong analytical skills, evaluation, research, dealing and trading in listed securities.

(4) HEAD OF TREASURY
The candidate should be graduate in business or commerce or economics. Minimum 3 years experience of handling treasury portfolio independently in a financial institution/investment bank. Should have rapport in the financial sector, knowledge of treasury products including CFS mark II and well versed with regulatory requirements.
