MANAGER PROCUREMENT
Islamabad
The job holder will be responsible for arranging quality material from local/international markets in an efficient & economical manner. Core responsibility of the job includes sourcing of construction, engineering and interior materials/products. The individual must possess a Masters degree preferably an MBA from a renowned university with 8-10 years hardcore experience in local/international procurement, Supply Chain Management, working with multinational firm related to Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

MANAGER ADMINISTRATION
Islamabad / Karachi
The job holder will undertake a range of functions to make sure that the administration activities run efficiently & effectively across the Group* Successful execution & implementation of Administrative Policies and Asset Management Program. MBA degree holder with minimum 10-12 years relevant administrative experience, excellent interpersonal skills and capable to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.

MANAGER LANDSCAPING
Islamabad / Karachi
The job holder must be able to plan, organise, resource, lead and monitor the assigned Landscape projects to ensure that the projects are delivered within agreed time, cost and specification. Relevant Masters degree in Horticulture/Forestry with 8-10 years hardcore professional experience working with large multinational organisations preferably in a Property Development/Construction environment.

SALES EXECUTIVE
Islamabad / Karachi
The Sales Executive role is the cornerstone of a dynamic, exciting and challenging business, providing an opportunity for significant self-development as well as being a springboard for Business of the Company.

The candidate will develop strong relationships with customers in an increasingly competitive, sophisticated and demanding marketplace where he/she will be benchrnarked against high standards of professional service. Establish and identify sales opportunities to meet customer needs and own targets through active portfolio management. Research and follow up a target list for potential, new customers. The incumbent must possess 2-3 years experience in similar capacity with an MBA degree preferably from IBA/UUMS.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Islamabad / Karachi
The fob holder will maintain successful interface with the customers. He/she will be responsible for building up his/her own database & up to date record of clientele, responsible to always prospect new customers and new leads. Develop dynamic working relationship with customers, offering outstanding services and advice to them. An MBA In marketing preferably from IBA/LUMS or from an International university with at least 3-5 years working experience in customer care of a multinational organization. The aspirant should be enthusiastic, well groomed, articulate and customer friendly possessing excellent interpersonal, skills.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Islamabad / Karachi
This job holder will be responsible for maintaining departmental data, proper documentation & its control, both in hard copy and electronic format. Must be able to develop departmental databases m order to capture data, improve accuracy and ensure availability of such data. A Masters degree holder with minimum 5 years post graduate experience gained preferably tri construction environment,

SENIOR EXECUTIVE INSURANCES
Islamabad
The job holder will handle variety of insurances relating to Assets, GAR, Liability, Fidelity. Group Health, Life and Management of claims etc. He/she will also be responsible to assist in formulation of a risk management strategy and well versed in under-writing of Insurance Policies. Graduate preferably an MBA with 4-5 years relevant experience in a reputable insurance firm will be considered for the position.

LAW OFFICER
Islamabad
The job holder will assist Manager Legal in contentious & non-contentious matters pertinent to the company, also prepare & draft legal documents- In case of litigation proceedings assist in the preparation and review of all briefs, engage outside counsel to represent the Company in court: and facilitate the counsel where required. The ideal candidate must hold an LLB degree with 3-5 years experience in a multinational firm in similar capacity or work experience as an independent Lawyer;

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Islamabad
The job holder will act as a custodian of Sales Contracts and handle all the contractual. & legal matters in relation to its customers. Ensure compliance of all legal formalities in relation to transfer, mortgage and transmission of property, The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge and experience of handling Contracts & Agreements having Masters degree or equivalent in Law/Business/Public Administration.

CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES (CSRS)
Islamabad
The job holder will manage and handle customer related calls, information and follow-ups, The person must at least be a Bachelor's degree holder with 1-2 years Call. Centre experience in a renowned multinational organization. The incumbent must hold well groomed personality with good communication skills.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Islamabad / Karachi
The job holder will handle correspondence, documentation, coordinate meetings manage & follow up all administrative aspects of the department, manage diary and events, etc. The person must be at least a Bachelor's degree holder with 3-5 years experience in similar capacity with a renowned national or multinational company. Good communication skills along with excellent working knowledge of MS Office will be preferred.

RECEPTIONIST/ FRONT DESK OFFICER

Female with minimum 02 years experience as a Receptionist preferably In a reputed multinational/private sector organization.
