GROUP GENERAL MANAGER, CONSUMER
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for:
* Managing the consumer portfolio

* Leading the team of Brand, Media, Sales & Distribution Managers

* Planning and developing marketing strategies for the entire consumer group

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* MBA degree from a reputable institute

* At least 10 years of Marketing experience with an FMCG Company. The ideal experience mix would be:

* 4-5 years in Brand Management

* 2-3 years experience of sales/distribution management

* 2 years at a senior management position (Marketing/Business Manager/Head)

* Excellent analytical skills, innovative approach and demonstrated leadership abilities

GENERAL MANAGER, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (HR)
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the incumbent will be mainly responsible to:

* Provide strategic leadership in the development and establishment of
Company's Human Resource policies & procedures, job descriptions and framing compensation benefits plan

* Manage Training & Development

* Oversee payroll management

* Lead the M.I.S. function

* Manage performance evaluation system and develop talent retention strategies

* Coordinate the development of Standard Operating Procedures of various departments

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* MBA degree from a reputable institute

* At least 3 years recent experience of managing HR function at a senior level in a reputable organization

* Excellent communication skills with outstanding leadership, analytical and planning abilities

PRODUCT MANAGER – PHARMA
Placed in the Pharma department, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for:
* Managing a group of Pharma products

* Creating short & Jong term brand strategies

* Strategic direction to field force for successful accomplishment of assigned product deliverables

* Managing all aspects of the product including budgeting and forecasting

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* MBBS or MBA degree from a reputable institute

* 2 to 3 years experience of Pharma brand management

* Potential to think out of the box and develop innovative brand campaigns

* Ability to analyze sales & marketing effectiveness

BRAND MANAGER – CONSUMER
Placed in the Consumer department, the incumbent will be mainly responsible to:
* Plan, develop, and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns for consumer products

* Review market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions

* Work with other departments to help develop advertising and promotional programs, pricing, positioning, and packaging

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* MBA degree from a reputable institute

* 2-3 years experience of brand management in a consumer/FMCG company

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flair for innovation with an ability to think out of the box and develop creative campaigns will be a prerequisite

INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION (DIRECT MARKETING) MANAGER
Placed in the direct marketing function, the incumbent will be mainly responsible to:
* Assist in strategic development of Interpersonal Communication (IPCJ for direct consumer activities

* Conduct trainings for capacity development of 1PC staff —

* Supervise/monitor 1PC activities and field data across the board

* Ensure implementation of SOPs and guidelines set for IPC activities execution

* Maintain strong liaison with Research and Health services department

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* MBA degree from a reputable institute

* 2-3 years of experience in direct marketing or product management

REGIONAL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER, SOUTH
Reporting to the Regional Head, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for:

* Planning and developing strategies to ensure continued development of the regional sales team for meeting organization goals

* Conduct site evaluations and analysis to ensure products availability in the market

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree, MBA will be Bn added advantage

* 7-8 years of sales experience in an FMCG company out of which at least 2-3 years should be in a managerial position

* Good people management, leadership and coaching skills

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES - MARKETING
Placed in the Marketing department, the selected candidates will be required to:
* Coordinate in designing and implementation of promotional plans of the assigned products

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE:
* Fresh MBA or MBBS from a reputable institute
