TOTAL ATLAS LUBRICANTS PAKISTAN (PVT.) LTD was established in 1997, with the objective of providing high quality lubricating solutions to Automotive and industrial sector. We have experienced consistent growth and built a solid sales base.
We are looking for technical expertise to join us for our up coming Lubricants Manufacturing Plant at Karachi for following positions:
MANAGER PLANT / PRODUCTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure meeting production targets with optimum quality as per prescribed schedules
* Coordinate with various functions of the plant team.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
* Mechanical or Chemical Engineer having 8-10 years experience with 3 years in similar capacity in lube blending plant / chemical process industry.
* Understands statistical process control methods and systems.
MANAGER TECHNICAL SERVICES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for liaison with TOTAL, International Regional Office / Technical Centre and customers for product engineering.
* Responsible for providing after sales service to industrial customers and TOTAL sales team.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
* Mechanical / Chemical Engineer, over 10 years experience in lube oil marketing company.
* Have good knowledge of product chemistry, industrial machines & equipments.
* Have a mind-set for providing sales & commercial services to customers.
MANAGER PLANT MAINTENANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage all activities related to plant maintenance.
* Prepare calibration schedules and ensure compliance
* Identify new projects / modifications and coordinate with suppliers and contractors
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
* Mechanical Engineer having 8 -10 years experience with 3 years in similar capacity in lube blending plant.
* Be knowledge in Best Practices specific to predictive and preventive and preventive maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and condition based monitoring techniques.
* Knowledge of instrumentation and electronic handling.
MANAGER HSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure compliance of HSE Policy of TOTAL Group
* Ascertain various ISO requirements and ensure compliance.
* Perform HSE Audit and subsequently carry out its reporting.
* Coordinate with Government functionaries on HSE matters
* Conduct inhouse HSE training at plant and all other locations of TALP
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
* Mechanical / Chemical Engineer, with minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in lube blending plant.
CHIEF CHEMIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establish TQM standards and ensure compliance
* Supervise product quality, technicians and processes, and perform quality audits, incoming material inspection, finished product testing using different types of sampling plan for compliance of product specification.
* Define statistical techniques.
* Give resolution for non conforming products
* Give input on evaluation and purchase of new equipment.
* Perform calibration and maintenance of measurement and test equipments
* Perform use oil analysis & report to Technical Manager.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
* MSc in Chemistry with minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control function of lube blending plant.
* Understands statistical process control methods and systems.
For all the positions mentioned above, knowledge of ISO-9001-2000, ISO: 14001: 2004, and OHSAS18001 is a prerequisite.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and self-motivation to deliver as per set targets.
