HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
We are one of the largest and well reputed Textile Public Limited Company seeking talented and energetic professional to lead our Human Resource function.
THE POSITION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing creative and flexible HR solutions to support business growth and commercial targets whilst balancing the Company interests and the line department requirements, advising Line Managers on staff and workmen issues, thorough knowledge of HR & IR Practices with sound experience in implementing all activities of the function.
The Ideal Candidate would:
* Have MBA in Human Resource & LLB (preferably).
* Be in the age group of 38 to 43 years.
* Have 10 to 15 years experience out of which 3-4 years on similar position (textile not necessary).
* Be well versed in MS Office suite and payroll software.
* Be fully conversant with Labour Laws and all applicable practices of Industrial Relations.
* Have good Presentation Skills, Self Starter & Communication Skills.
This is a Senior Management Position having salary package commensurate with the challenges of the Position including Company maintained Car.
