CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES
Individuals will be responsible for providing quality sales/support services to international clientele through phone, email & live chat, on the basis of provided guidelines.

PROFILE:
* Graduate in any discipline, preferably from foreign institutions

* Individuals with 0 & A level educational background, along with exceptional grip over English communications, are encouraged to apply

* Previous international call center experience will be an added advantage

* Excellent communication skills in English, with Neutral accent

* Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process from first call to complete problem resolution/sales lead

* Must have the ability to manage customer expectations, prioritize work while multitasking
