MANAGER ADMINISTRATION

QUALIFICATION:
Post Graduates.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8-10 years experience, at least 4-5 years in similar position in Large Industrial Group. Should have exceptional Administrative skills coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal and human skills. ONLY those retired Lt. Col / Majors who have 05-07 years Industrial experience can also apply: Maximum age 50 years.

MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

QUALIFICATION:
BE Civil

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8-10 years experience, in buildings, structures, surveying and earth work. Familiar with construction quality control, field inspections, billing/ cost estimation, scheduling and manpower calculations. An innovative and creative personality with a highly developed civic sensibility would be preferred.

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION & R&D

QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc Chemical Engineering & MSc Chemistry for R&D

EXPERIENCE:
Over all 05-07 years for Deputy Manager and 03-05 years for Assistant Manager in similar position in Large chemical/ Petrochemical / Fertilizer Industries. Should have excellent administrative skills coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal and human skills. For position as Dy/ Assistant Manager R&D Candidate should be creative & innovative and must have the research experience for development of new chemical products.

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING &

EXPORT
QUALIFICATION:
Post Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Chemical Engineering background. Maximum age 45 years.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6-8 years comparable experience, with 3-4 years in similar status in reputable Industries / Organizations. Credible, confident, self-starter and flexible. Sound knowledge of the Market, good relationship, and established contacts with dealers / distributors and related industries. For position as Dy/ Assistant Manager Export In-depth knowledge and experience of Export of basic/ specialty chemical to international market. Conversant with related documentations and rules/ regulations.

CHIEF / SECURITY OFFICER

QUALIFICATION:
Retd. Capt /Major or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
Should have experience of handling security affairs of large Government / Industrial Organization. A pleasant personality with excellent spoken, written and interpersonal skills. Officer having professional courses / experience related to security/ intelligence and administration will be preferred.

CHEMICAL SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc with Chemistry, / D.A.E (Chemical).

EXPERIENCE:
Having 8 to 10 years operational experience at some large chemical/ Process Industry and be able to lead the workforce efficiently.

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
Maintainance, Workshop and Fabrication

QUALIFICATION:
DAE Mechanical

EXPERIENCE:
Having 8 to 10 years operational experience at some large chemical/ Process Industry and be able to lead the workforce efficiently.

CIVIL SUPERVISOR & SURVEYOR

QUALIFICATION:
DAE Civil

EXPERIENCE:
Over all 05-07 years of experience on various civil works i.e. construction of multi-storey buildings, structures, roads, bridges, etc. Experience in preparation of billing/ cost estimations, scheduling, BOQs etc.
