CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN ISLAMIC BANKING

A loading financial institution in Pakistan is seeking dynamic, innovative and highly motivated professionals for its Risk Management and investment Banking Divisions for the following vacant positions:

SENIOR POSITION IN DISTRIBUTION / SYNDICATION
The incumbent will report to the Group Head Investment Banking. Eligible candidates will have a proven track record in structuring and distributing Sukuks, syndicated lending and planning, executing IPO’s and public equity offerings. The incumbent will also be required to develop advisory mandates for public / private projects and management advisories leading to formation of holding companies. The eligible candidates would be MBAs with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR INVESTMENT BANKING
The incumbent would carry out financial analysis of local and foreign corporations; conduct market research, develop financial models and product presentations and should have strong report writing skills. Eligible candidates would be MBA’s with 3 years of relevant experience.

DEPUTY HEAD OF RISK MANAGEMENT
This far reaching will liaison closely with senior management to develop an enterprise wide risk framework and reporting system covering all risk areas including credit, market, operational, reputation, legal and regulatory. The incumbent shall help to supervise these functional areas and will also be responsible for the implementation of an effective compliance of all bank’s policies and Shariah. The role will require an extensive banking background with sold experience gained in a risk management, compliance or audit. Strong leadership will be required with the ability to devise and implement a major management reporting program within a bank. The incumbent must be MBA in Risk Management from well reputed local/ foreign university with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience. Should be having proficient accounting skills.
