Our Client, a large Government Organization, requires talented professionals for the following posts: Responsible for dealing over the phone with different level government functionaries and general public. Must be graduate with 2/3 years of relevant experience, not necessarily in a call center.

CALL CENTER AGENTS - Quest Consultants - Karachi
Our Client, a large Government Organization, requires talented professionals for the following posts:

1. CALL CENTER AGENTS (males/females):
JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for dealing over the phone with different level government functionaries and general public.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be graduate with 2/3 years of relevant experience, not necessarily in a call center English speaking is optional.

SKILLS:
Excellent telecommunication skills.

2. FIELD INSPECTORS (MALES):
JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for visiting different sites within Karachi and to inspect/audit of the sites and systems.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be graduate with 2/3 years of relevant experience. Able to document and report the findings of the audit/inspection. Own conveyance preferred.

SKILLS:
Excellent analytical, inspection, interpersonal and telecommunication skills.

3. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (MALES/FEMALES):
JOB PROFILE:
Responsible for maintenance, upgradation and modifications of the software applications through coordination between the organization users and the software vendors.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
MS/BS computers preferred Must be experienced in system analysis and software development

SKILLS:
Excellent documentation, followup coordination skills

4. INCHARGE QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) (MALES/FEMALES):
JOB PROFILE:
Responsible for meaningful analyses of different kind of data, reporting, trouble shooting in the operations, supervision of the department, dealing with different level government functionaries and general public.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be MSc / BSc. Maths / statistics or B.E preferred. Must have 5 years experience of managing a QA department for a service organization. However, relevant experience in other field may also apply.

SKILLS:
Excellent Managerial skills with analytical, presentation, communication and staff training skills.

5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (MALES/FEMALES):
JOB PROFILE:
Responsible for generating new business for the services offered.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
MBA Marketing preferred, however graduates with 3 years of service sector marketingjixperience with a proven track record of generating business are also encouraged to apply.

SKILLS:
Must possesses strong business writing, marketing material development, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Own conveyance preferred
