CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Pakistan Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Database (Guarantee) Limited, a subsidiary of all six Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) in Pakistan, is seeking a motivated high-caliber professional team leader with the following qualifications;

* This key senior management position reports to CEO and manages 12+ staff

* Very high visibility position interfacing with CMOs and PTA at the top level

* Proven track record of successfully leading IT & Telecom operations teams

* Excellent man-management, project management & analytical skills, a must

* Responsible self-starting hands-on-by-example effective team leader

* Requires problem-solving by consensus & conflict-resolution amongst CMOs

* Prepares and updates MNP Guidelines, Processes, Procedures and Reports

* Prepares & presents technical reports to management & Board of Directors

* Linux AS / Unix, Oracle RDBMS, OCP (DBA) & SAN – hands-on experience

* MSEE / MS-IT / MS Telecom (preferred) – from a reputable university

* 8-10 years of relevant senior technical management experience as team leader
