ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION SERVICESQUALIFICATION: * A qualified Chartered Accountant (from Big 4) with more than 5 years of post-qualification experience; or
* A qualified ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA with more than 8 years of post-qualification experience;
EXPERIENCED IN: * A minimum of 5-8 years of post qualification experience out of which at least 3 years in public sector / GoP reforms
* Ability to adviser and assist clients on financial management issues.
* Experience of project management, capacity, building, change management and ERP systems.
* Demonstrated career progression with current employer.
* Proven capacity for innovation, problem solving and business development.
* People Management.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
You will be initially required to work on implementation of a large public sector financial management reforms project. You will be open to work on short and medium term basis outside Islamabad. You will also be responsible for managing a large team of consultants, set their career objectives and reporting to the practice head.
