DEPUTY MANAGER-FINANCEThe incumbent will be required to assist the Directorate of finance. He will be responsible for handling day to day financial matters including budget monitoring and fund placements of the Institute. The candidate must be:
* CA. Intermediate/Finalist with hands-on experience of MS Office.
* At least 3-4 years of post-training experience.
RESEARCH OFFICERThe incumbent will be required to carry out the research work as well as assist in secretarial work. The candidate must be:
* Masters/MBA/MPA from HEC recognized institute. Individual’s qualified Masters in Mathematics are encouraged to apply.
* 1-2 years of work experience.
* Computer proficient having good command over MS- Office.
ANALYST PROGRAMMERThe incumbent should have the following qualifications:
* BCS - IT from a recognized university.
* 2-3 years experience of developing integrated application software in oracle environment.
* Documentation of business specification and system documentation experience will be preferred.
WEB DEVELOPERThe incumbent will be required to maintain the ICAP website in consultation with user departments. Should have the following qualifications:
* BS Computer Science from a reputable university.
* Sound knowledge of Flash, Dream weaver, CSS ASP, PHP, Java Script, CSS.
* Familiarity of .NET will be value added.
* 2-3 years relevant work experience.
OFFICER-HUMAN RESOURCEIndividuals will be required to look after the core HR activities including attendance, leave and personal record, conduct interviews and other related activities. Should have the following qualifications:
* BBA/MBA/MPA from a reputable institute.
* At least 2 years experience of HR related work.
* Proficiency and hands-on experience of MS Office.
OFFICER-MAINTENACEThe incumbent will be required to supervise construction work, maintain building, water supply, generator and other /elated work of the Institute. He should possess the following qualifications:
* DAE in Civil Engineering.
* 3-4 years of professional experience in maintenance department.
OFFICER-ADMINISTRATION & SECURITYThe incumbent will be required to supervise the administrative functions in the institute, including security, safety and maintenance of fire fighting equipment.
* At least intermediate/graduates will be preferred.
* Preferably retired JCOs from armed forces.
* Professional courses in administration.
PURCHASE OFFICERThe incumbent will be required to maintain close liaison with vendors. Should have experience of making purchases and maintaining record. Should be able to analyze quotations, prepare comparative statements and ensure timely supplies. He must be:
* At least graduate.
* 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
* Computer proficient having good command over MS Office.
TELEPHONE OPERATOR-RECEPTIONISTThe incumbent should be well-groomed, polite and courteous. Candidates fulfilling the following criteria should apply:
* At least Intermediate. Good command over spoken English is essential
* 2-3 years of experience in handling PABX.
All positions require excellent spoken and written communication skills.
