Xavla Construction plans to undertake large construction projects giving new dimensions to the skylines of Lahore. The company requires the following staff on an immediate basis:

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for managing all the affairs of the company. Applicants must hold a degree in architecture with more than 10 years of relevant work experience.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The manager human resource will be responsible to arrange all type of executive and labor staff required in the construction business. Applicants must hold a Masters in Business Management with extensive experience in the relevant field.

DIRECTOR FINANCE
Applicants must be able to develop the accounting system of the company and manage "Home Loan" facility for the customers of Xavia from different banks.

ARCHITECTS
A number of qualified and registered architects are required to develop architectural designs, teach architectural courses to the students and supervise the construction work.

MANAGER CUSTOMER RESPONSE
Manager Customer Response will be responsible to manage the customer queries both Telephonic and Physical. The manager must understand the sales work and must be able to get the query converted into a sales deal.

SALES EXECUTIVES
Sales Executive will work under the Manager Customer Response managing the telephonic and physical queries from the prospective customers of Xavia Construction.
