Aiming to strength our existing organization in Karachi, we are looking for devoted applicants for the following position.
MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT-QUALITY ENGINEER-CONFORAMA-Karachi
ADMINISTRATIVE AND MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT – REF: BAPAK 0907
Pakistani native, you are aged between 28 to 35, graduated from University, have a perfect command of English. Experienced minimum 2 years similar position in foreign company. Preference in a sourcing office as merchandiser. Based in Karachi, you will be in charge to organize the flow of information within and between Conforama subsidiaries, IHTM and suppliers. Ensure information is updated in the information system timely and accurately. Follow up orders of suppliers from Pakistan to point of arrival at Conforama warehouse, with objective 0 delay as delivery. Ensure correct transit and customs documentation is timely remitted to customs broker. Training of suppliers in “how to supply”. You will be reporting to Conforama IHTM Vietnam Regional office and the Business Administration Manager.
QUALITY ENGINEER – REF: QPAK 0907
Pakistani native, 30 to 40 University degree level, Major QC / QA or production management, based Karachi, ready to travel. Experience in home textile product / processing quality minimum 2 years similar position in foreign company, production experienced. You will be in charge of supplier evaluation, product definition, tests and product quality assurance. You will be reporting to Conforama IHTM Vietnam Regional Office and the Quality Manager.
PROCUREMENT DEVELOPMENT JUNIOR – REF: PDPAK 0907
Pakistani native, 25 to 35, University degree level, Mission: Creating and developing the business relationship with suppliers in the Area, Qualifying manufacturers to become suppliers, Negotiating and constantly improving terms with suppliers / Manufacturers, Supervising and ensuring the procedures regarding business performance and agreements (including conditions, prices etc…), Keeping abreast of regional trends in relations to capacity, material, products and design, Interacting internally with IHTM and subsidiaries colleagues, You will be reporting to Conforama IHTM Vietnam Regional Office and the Procurement Management.
