MANAGER FINANCE CORPORATE PLANNING AND CONTROL
Central Power Generation Company Limited (Genco-II) is the largest generation company, engaged in the generation of safe, reliable and economical electric power for the country requirements. The Company is based at Guddu, located on the borders of Punjab, Sindh and Balouchistan. We require the service of a Finance Professional for placement as MF (CP&C) of Central Power Generation Company Limited (Genco-II), Guddu. This is a Management position providing a unique opportunity of Finance professionals to participate and be a major contributor to the Power Sector Reforms.
JOB PROFILE:
The incumbent will report to Finance Director and assume a key role in developing options for financially viable independent operations of the company. The finance function is being modernized in line with sound business practices. The requires instituting an efficient Financial Management and Corporate Planning & Control systems.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
I. ACA / ACMA with 3-5 years dynamic Managerial post qualification experience and MBA (Finance) with seven years post qualification experience.
II. Computer proficiency and Financial Modeling Skills.
They should have demonstrated the forgoing attributes through actions / decisions actually made in the past, where such actions / decisions have contributed significantly to improving the performance of their Companies.
AGE:
Maximum 40 years
SALARY PACKAGE:
The appointment shall on gross lump sum salary package up to Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only) per month. Higher salary shall be negotiable for exceptional candidates with the higher qualifications having Power utility experience.
TENURE:
Initial contract shall be for a period of two years, extendable on satisfactory performance with chances of permanent absorption.
