The corporation is principally engaged in the Generation, Transmission and Distribution of electricity! TREASURY AND CORPORATE SERVICES

POSITIONS
Manager (Cash Management)

QUALIFICATION: B.Com. MBA (Finance), ACCA, CAT, CA (Part Qualified)

EXPERIENCE: 8 years hands on experience of cash management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Fund Management

* Prepare and report fund position on daily basis,

* Analysis of Investment

* Operating Sank Accounts and opening of new accounts.

* Maintaining relationships with the bank and other financial institutions.

* Treasury reporting and cash flow analysis.

* Manage working capita! as required by the company.

* Keep close eye on the performance of Financial Institutions & Banks where the investment is made or to be made.

* Ensure timely completion of tasks by receiving information from concerned persons.

POSITIONS
Manager (Banking)
QUALIFICATION: B.Com. MBA (Finance), ACCA, CAT, CA (Part Qualified)

EXPERIENCE:
8 years hands on experience of Bank, Financial institutions, or Insurance Companies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitoring banking costs and handling relevant issues.

* To create and vacate charges and deal with SECP and shares department of charge register.

* To calculate borrowing costs on monthly basis.

* Maintenance of mortgage register

* Handling issues related to borrowing and running finance.

* Looking after issues related to Equity and Preference shares.

* Undertaking disbursement / accounting / management report on financial improvement plan,

* Handling matters to tariff differential / GST and all documentation / filing in this regard-

* To Establish contibt with rn^umnce compames in Aspect of assets, projects etc.

* Evaluation and comparison of quotations received from insurance companies.

* To follow up insurance claims and undertaking procedures of renewal

* Maintain liaison with staff of Treasury section for resolving any queries.

* Leadership and Analytical skills,
* Excellent management and organizational skills.
* Thorough knowledge of latest computer applications.
