SECURITIES MARKET DIVISION
JOB LOCATION: Karachi and Islamabad

In its ongoing endeavor to provide effective services, SECP is seeking to attract high caliber professionals to take up and achieve its objectives. This initiative is aimed at consolidating SECP's presence to further enhance its effectiveness for playing a proactive role in interfacing with key market players, intermediaries and other stakeholders to improve the regulatory regimes applicable to various market constituents.

The Securities Market Division is responsible for regulating all aspects of securities market, including licensing and coordination, public offerings, market intermediaries, investigation, enforcement, market surveillance-and policymaking. It also provides protection to investors and orderly dealings in securities.

The persons required by the SECP for the posts given below, would be part of the management team responsible for delivering SECP mandate and achieving its vision. They will essentially be responsible for regulating the Stock Exchanges - Monitoring & Surveillance of the Exchanges and Investigation & Enforcement there of, National Commodity Exchange Limited, Central Depository Company, National Clearing Company Limited and developing the Debt Capital Market.

The persons we are looking for should have the following profiles:

DIRECTORS (KARACHI)
* Qualified Accountants (FCA or ACA) / CFA (full or part qualified) or ACMA or MBA (Finance), with 7 to 10 years post qualification experience in the field of Corporate Finance / Investment Portfolio Management / Financial Analysis / Investment Banking / Financial Markets and Debt Capital Market.

JOINT DIRECTORS (ISLAMABAD / KARACHI)
* Qualified Accountants (ACA) or ACMA or MBA (Finance), with 5 to 7 years post qualification experience in the field of Corporate Finance / Investment Portfolio Management / Financial Analysis / Investment Banking / Financial Markets and Debt Capital Market.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ISLAMABAD)
* Accountant (fresh qualified or finalist) or ACMA or ACCA or MBA (Finance), with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in the field of Corporate Finance / Investment Portfolio Management / Financial Analysis / Investment Banking / Financial Markets.

ASSISTANT DIRECTORS (ISLAMABAD / KARACHI)
* Accountant (part qualified CA) or ACMA or ACCA or MBA (Finance), with 2 to 3 years post qualification experience in the field of Corporate Finance / Investment Portfolio Management / Financial Analysis / Investment Banking / Financial Markets.

JUNIOR EXECUTIVES (ISLAMABAD / KARACHI)
Accountant (part qualified CA) or ACMA or ACCA or MBA (Finance).
Candidates for all positions must be comfortable working in an automated work environment and should have good communication and analytical skills with a positive and proactive team working approach. High level of proficiency on MS Office is essential.
