GENERAL MANAGER AGRI BUSINESS

QUALIFICATION:
M.Sc. or +, preferably in Agronomy, Soil Science or in-case of a befitting person, from any other agri / other discipline.

EXPERIENCE:
Overall 10-15 years, preferably with experience in this niche agri sector in senior management capacity. Having agricultural inter discipline knowledge, qualification in marketing or at least thoroughly knowing demonstrable marketing skills. he should be able to plan, organize, direct and control agri division’s activities in expanding customers and dealers network, developing innovative marketing techniques, monitor market trends and futuristic demands by keeping track of global developments in specially agri nutrients and general research.

MANAGER ELECTRICAL (OPERATIONS & PROJECTS)-02 POSITIONS

QUALIFICATION:
B.E. Electrical.

EXPERIENCE:
Overall 10-12 years related experience of maintenance of Electrical / Electronics equipment in some heavy Chemical / Petrochemical / Electrochemical Industries. Hands on experience of operational maintenance of Grid Stations, heavy duty transformers, rectifiers, 11 KV sub-station, electronics equipment etc. For Manager Electrical Projects, experience in projects handling like planning, techno-commercial evaluation, scheduling / monitoring, designing, erecting, layout and commissioning is desirable.

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

QUALIFICATION:
B.E. Chemical / B.Sc. / M.Sc Environmental Engineering

EXPERIENCE:
Having 7 to 9 years operational experience out of which at least 3 to 4 years experience in leading Safety health & Environment Department in some reputable chemical / petrochemical Industries. Must be conversant with local / international HSE laws and standards and have gone through special courses in Health, Safety & Environment, Capable of implementing HSE System, hazardous waste Management System and process / safety training.

DEPUTY MANAGER PRODUCTION

QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc. Chemical Engineering from recognized university.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7-9 in similar position in Large chemical / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Group / Industry. Should have excellent Administrative skills coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal and human skills.

MANAGER TRAINEE HORTICULTURE

QUALIFICATION:
Fresh M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Horticulture from HEC recognized Institution.
