SURFACE ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER: (Islamabad)
This is an Islamabad based senior leadership position reporting to the Engineering Manager. The position requires technical and managerial skills to lead a multidisciplinary team of surface engineers. Key responsibilities include liaise with plant operations to define and allocate job priorities within Engineering Support Team; lead project engineering support for major maintenance shutdowns; provide technical guidance on matters which relate to engineering, maintenance, technical integrity of the Zamzama facility in compliance with legislative inspection requirements and BHP Billiton Global HSEC Management System Standards; day-to-day engineering and maintenance support to the Zamzama facility to ensure safe, efficient and effective operations; definition and execution of Engineering Change Request (ECR); manage engineering and maintenance projects and initiate studies to optimize production that could lead to increased revenue and NPV; management of training and development of team members.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; minimum 12+ years of experience in process industry with a minimum of three years experience \n a leadership role; effective communication ar\d presentation skills,
