MANAGER (LEGAL AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS)

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Degree in law (Preferably) from a reputable foreign university or from recognized institution in Pakistan.

* 08-10 years working experience as lawyer/legal consultant with any reputable company and hands on experience of dealing in company/corporate law affairs, upstream petroleum laws, Ministry of Petroleum, FBR etc,

* Preference will be given to candidates with prior practical experience of the petroleum sector.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (LEGAL AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS)

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Degree in law (Preferably) from a reputable foreign university or from recognized institution in Pakistan.

* 05-07 years working experience as lawyer/legal consultant with any reputable company and hands on experience of dealing in company/corporate law affairs, downstream petroleum laws, OGRA, Ministry of Petroleum, FBR etc.
