OFFICE MANAGER/RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for an energetic person, who is a graduate, to perform the following office functions:

* Manage office reception/ switchboard.

* Perform basic office correspondence

* Assistant is coordinating travel arrangements with travel agent

* Prepare expense claims.

The successful candidate should be proficient in MS Word. Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel will be an added advantage. Good English communication skills, flexibility and team work are necessary requirements for this position.
