COUNTRY MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
The role is to provide a broad range of Human Resources strategic and tactical interventions and support the management in developing a positive leadership style and skills to strengthen Company's position as an employer of choice. Prove HR advice and services, design HR policies and practices to ensure innovation in a competitive and cost effective manner.
The candidate should be MBA from a reputable university. Should have 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in MNC. Mastery of technical HR competencies, change management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and employee relations is a must. Candidate should have effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence in order to manage conflict and human concerns. Should be able to work collaboratively across functions, levels and regions.

Sir, I have retired from Pakistan Army after completion of 23 years of service. I have done my masters in IR with 1st class, MBA in HRM with 3.9 GPA, Diploma (DAE) in Electrical Technology with 1st class. I have 23 years experience in executing administration, security, training, accounts, legal matters and planning/ implementation of communication at different levels.
