Islamabad Stock Exchange is one of the three stock exchange of Pakistan. The exchange is expected to undergo the process of demutualization and corporatistation in the near future, paving the way for the conversion of the Company from a guarantee limited entity to a shareholders owned listed entity. The Exchange requires the services of a team leader to act as MD / CEO during the critical period of its strategic transformation.

The applicant must be a nature, dynamic, and experienced professional with the following attributes.

* Should possess either one or combination of MBA / CA / CFA / LLM qualifications.

* Age not exceeding 45 years.

* 10 years work experience with the capital markets.

* Knowledge of market management issues and demutualization strategies shall be of added advantage.

* Strong leadership trails and abilities.

* Good professional references.

* Able to establish, manage, motivate, train, and lead a team of professionals;

* Willing to able to train critical management team of the Exchange.

Islamabad Stock Exchange reserves the right to provide relaxation to any of the above criterion in case of a candidate with exceptional leadership qualities.
