COMPANY SECRETARY - Karachi
A large industrial organization of repute in Petroleum Sector invites applications from challenge driven professionals in the age bracket of 30 to 40 years for the following positions: -
COMPANY SECRETARY
Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of five to ten years and should have worked as Company Secretary for at least three to five years.
Should be able to independently handle Corporate matters pertaining to Company business and have the experience of dealing with regulatory bodies. Government agencies, auditors and other stakeholders.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of five to ten years and should have worked as Chief Financial Officer for at least five years.
Should be able to independently handle Financial, Taxation, Banking and Budgeting matters.
Applicants must have good Communication and General Management skills, be creative and self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills and exhibit effective leadership qualities.
