PROJECT MANAGERS (Islamabad / Karachi)
We require someone with a civil engineering / construction management or project management background, with 10-12 years of hands-on experience to assume full program, financial and quality control management for development projects consisting of construction of villas & high-rise towers and associated civil & infrastructure works.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dependable and capable of assuming full responsibility for ongoing works at the site. The position requires close liaison and control of quantity surveyors, consultants and contractors.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (Islamabad / Karachi)
The jobholder will be part of Development Team and will interface with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure that the company obtaining the best value for each investment within agreed budgets, time & quality. Tasks also include preparation of budgets, coordination, feasibility analyses, project & design management.

Internally & externality, the jobholder will undertake successful negotiations with professional developers, real estate agents, within the context of approved Company policies , standard operating procedures and objectives.

The successful incumbent must preferably hold a degree in Architecture from a recognized university and / or professional qualification in a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management and development in a similar environment i.e. Property development / Consultancy (architecture & engineering) / Construction. Must possess strong computer skills, creative and analytical skills.

Practicing as Civil Construction and Management Engineer for more than 17 years since January 1992 for Project management, execution, construction supervision, estimation of quantities and post contract management with large multidisciplinary firms in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia at construction of high-rise and high grade architectural touch buildings and heavy structures of thermal, hydraulic, nuclear power plants and bridges. I am a graduate Civil Engineer and also member of the ICE (UK), CSCS Managers(UK), with a lot of experience in the field of construction as General Manager Planning & Execution, Construction Manager, Project Manager and Resident Engineer. I have done courses in Project Management from “Resource Development Institute “affiliated with (PMI-USA),covering all nine areas of life cycle of a project i.e Scope,Cost,Time,Quality management, Human Resource,Procurement,Communication,Contract and Risk management. A comprehensive course in Primavera P3 was also completed for onward planning of Time management and is being used effectively in the completion of projects for the last eight years. I am also good in the evaluation of quantities and preparation of Tenders, having excellent use of evaluating items involved with respect to material, labor, and equipment/machinery required to be used. I have also been able to win cases of claims made regarding losses due to Time, Idle labor, Overhead and profit, either during Arbitration or through a legal course of action necessiated.I have sufficient experience of Design & Submittal Rview, Quality, Health & Safety, Risk assessment, Method Statement, Recovery and reprogramming schedule,preparation and submission of IPCs using Primavera P3 mentioning Earned value,monthly requirement of cash flow,Variations due to change orders,assessment of delay etc At present I am in UK and would like to relocate immediately.
