REGIONAL MANAGERS - Kashif Microfinace Bank - Karachi
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Kashf Microfinance Bank (KMB) is a newly-established microfinance bank regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan. KMB will start operations by and of 2008 and will other the market a full range of financials products and services in the more sector, including credit for working capital, household needs, home improvement, transportation and emergency financing, and deposit products such as checking, savings, certificates of deposit and programmed savings account. Kashif Microfinace Bank requires the service of highly skilled and motivated individuals for its positions in Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Satiwal, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Multan, Kasur, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Wazirabad, Jhang, Hyderabad, Sakkur, Abbot Abad, Attock, Gujarkhan.
REGIONAL MANAGERS
* Minimum Qualification: MBA / M.Com / M.Sc. Economics
* Minimum 5 years of Banking Experience at Managerial level
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must possess excellent computer skills.
BRANCH MANAGERS
* Minimum Qualification: MBA / M.Com. / M.Sc. Economics
* Minimum 2 years of Banking Experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must possess excellent computer skills.
CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
* Minimum Qualification: Graduation
* Minimum 1 year Banking Experience in Operations / Customer Service Department.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
LOAN OFFICER (MALE & FEMALE)
* Minimum Qualification: B.Com.
* Experience not required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be willing to do field work.
SALES OFFICERS
* Minimum Qualification: Graduation
* 1 year selling / Marketing Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be willing to do field work.
HEAD TELLERS
* Minimum Qualification: Graduation
* Minimum 1 year Banking Experience as a similar.
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Must possess excellent computer skills.

Although I have not completed my
M.A. Economics, but I have more than thirty two years experience in
Banking (local and Abroad) and Capital Markets, worked as Manager Operations, Adminstration, Financial Consultant
and have worked in all masure departments in Banking.
On the basis of my vast experience now I am looking towards the Organisation, where I can perform my duties according to my experience and also want to share plans, ideas and Products which will be definitely helpful for business growth and ultimately increase in net earnings of the Organisation.
