Davis Langcion & Seah Pakistan (Private) Limited, is the part of Davis Langdon & Seah International group that operates m Asia. The Company is in the process of expanding and requires qualified Contracts Managers, Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors to be based in their Karachi and Islamabad Offices and Sites, who are self motivated, computer literate and capable of working independently on large building projects.
The Group has a long and established history in Asia. From its quantity surveying origins and a single Singapore office in 1934, DLS has evolved into an independent multi disciplinary Cost Consultancy and Management Firm with a resource base of over 2,000 staff In 30 strategically located offices in 11 major countries in Asia, making the group one of the largest construction consultancies in Asia.

CONTRACTS MANAGER (FOR ISLAMABAD)
* Degree \n Civil, Quantity Surveying or building-realated discipline. Able to lead a team of Cost Engineers on multiple projects.
* Minimum 10 years experience in Administration of Construction Contacts. Meticulus in planning the output and work of the team under him.
* Possess a strong background in Contract Management, Cost Planning, Design Development, Project Management and Coordination.
* Technically sound in Construction Technology. Computer literate and able to work independently.
* Clear and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Good teamwork and leadership qualities would be essential.
SENIOR COST ENGINEERS CIVIL & MEP (FOR KARACHI & ISLAMABAD)
* Degree or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engg, Quantity Surveying or Architectural/Building realated discipline. To be able to lead a team of Cost Engineers under him.
* Minimum 8-10 years background in relevant fields. Experienced in preparing IPC's, checking of Contractor's invoices, Bonds, Contractual Documents etc.
* Possess a strong background in cost planning, estemating, rates-buildup, AutoCad based measurement, quantity Take-Offs, preparation of BOQs.
* Technically sound in Construction Technology. Computer literate and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills & Good leadership qualities would be essential.
BUSINESS DEV. EXECUTIVE (FOR KARACHI)
* Degree or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engg, Quantity Surveying or Architectural/Building related discipline.
* Minimum 4 - 6 years background in relevant fields. Experienced in preparing IPC's, checking of Contractor's invoices, Bonds, Contractual Documents etc.
* Possess a strong background in cost planning, AutoCad based measurement, quantity Take-Offs, preparation of BOQs.
* Technically sound in Construction Technology. Computer literate and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills & Good leadership qualities would be essential.
BUSINESS DEV. EXECUTIVE (FOR KARACHI)
* Degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce, Science. Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
* Minimum 1 - 3 years background in relevant fields. To assist senior management in preparation of proposals, feasibility reports, planning, documentation.
* Possess a strong background in graphical presentations and to keep record of all business communications.
* Excellent Computer skills and able to work independently. Clear demonstration of forward planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills & Good leadership qualities would be essential.
IT SYSTEMS EXECUTIVE (FOR KARACHI)
* Degree or equivalent in Computer Systems, IT Infrastructure.
* Minimum 5 years background in Linux and Windows Servers. Ability to configure Firewalls, VPN and VOIP systems.
* To be able to manage in-house intranet, mail servers, internet connectivity in accordance with Company security policies.
* Able to work independently at ALL hours.
* Excellent English communication and critical thinking skills.
