JOB ANNOUNCEMENT, MAN DIESEL OPERATION, PAKISTAN PLANT OPERATION & MANAGEMENT
SEEKING: Personnel Administrator Manager
GENERAL:
MAN Diesel, Plant Operation & Management Department is inviting candidates to submit their CV and application for the position(s) as mentioned below for the newly established branch “MAN Diesel Operation Pakistan” of the German diesel manufacture MAN Diesel SE.
MAN Diesel Operation Pakistan will undertake full operation & maintenance management of a 225MW diesel power plant located about 25km, outside the city of Lahore on the Lahore – Sheikhupura Road.
VACANT POSITION (S):
Personnel Administrator / Manager
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION:
* Having the ability to work effectively in a team environment within a diversified workforce.
* Be well familiar with the Pakistan labour law, regulations and policies.
* Have a degree from recognized University or a diploma in Personnel Management.
* Have 5-10 years experience in handling administration, human resource and development.
* Have experience in similar tasks preferably gained from a foreign company.
* Have experience in MS-Office.
* Be extrovert, flexible and ready to cooperage in a new organization with many different tasks.
GENERAL TASKS:
Be responsible for all staff related matters including, but not limited to:
* Responsible for the recruitment process of all personnel.
* Responsible for employment contract.
* Responsible for drafting and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
* Responsible for personnel salaries, wages and payroll system and log keeping.
* Administer all matter ralted to the personnel such as seminars, training etc.
* Assist the management in other daily routines.
JOB LOCATION:
At the Power Plant 25km. outside Lahore.
