We are a leading construction company involved in prestigious housing projects for last three decades. There is an excellent opportunity to get into hugely successful group. We are planning to launch our new project soon. We need pro-active and enthusiastic individuals to fill the following based at Lahore:

GENERAL MANAGER CONSTRUCTION
Reporting directly to CEO, this is a key position where you will be heading the whole construction and engineering team. You will independently supervise all projects including many mega housing project through Manager Construction of each project. Ths role will include responsibility for management of the existing portfolio and the identification of new ventures, growth of the company across construction projects and contracts, overall management of all projects ensuring timely execution within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have minimum qualification of B.Sc. / B.E. (Civil Engineering) and preferably M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) and have at least18 years post qualification experience in well reputed local / multinational construction companies with at least five years experience as Project Head / Project Manager for large scale projects and three years working experience as number one or two in a renowned construction company.

MANAGER CONSTRUCTION
Reporting to GM Construction, you will be the overall incharge of your assigned project. You will be heading the whole project / construction team of one particular project. You will be responsible for completion of project within approved time line, cost and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have minimum qualification of B.Sc. / B.E. (Civil Engineering) and have at least 08 years post qualification years experience in a similar position.

DEPUTY MANAGER CONSTRUCTION
Reporting to Manager Construction, you will assist for completion of project within approved timeline, cost and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have minimum qualification of B.Sc. / B.E. (Civil Engineering) with at least 08 years post qualification experience OR three years DAE (Civil) with at least 20 years qualification experience in construction companies.
