HEAD OF MAINTENANCE
* B.E. (Mechanical) from HEC recognized university

* Vast maintenance experience of at least 10 years in similar position from a process industry, preferably form a Pulp & Paper Mill or Cement Industry.

* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to deliver results in tight schedule and limited resource environment.

* Demonstrated ability to organize and control staff. Excellent managerial and leadership skills.

HEAD OF PLANTATION
* Ph.D. / M.Sc. in Forestry or related Sciences with at least 10 years of experience in agronomy research & other related fields.

* Experience from large scale agriculture estate like Tobacco & Sugarcane will be preferred.

* Maximum age limit is 55 years

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong managerial and leadership skills.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
* B.E. (Mechanical) fresh graduates from HEC recognized university

* Good command over spoken & written English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Excellent knowledge of various Engineering Drawing Software like AutoCAD etc.
