ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (01 POSITION - KARACHI)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintaining appropriate & adequate financial records such as ledgers, cash books, reconciliations, payrolls, advance etc.

* Providing timely & accurate monthly financial updates & reports

* Providing regular analysis of income & expenditure to senior managers

* Maintaining computerized records & backup of all transactions

* Preparation of various reports to Donors & Management

* Supervision of subordinates

* Coordination with auditors regarding the audits of the organization’s overall financial statements as well as the separate audits of the projects.

* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies & procedures including observance of proper internal control systems.

PROFILE WE SEEK:
* For the post of Assistant Finance Manager a degree from university and 3 years experience in development sector is considered necessary.

* Must be able to work well with people of all religions and different ethnical backgrounds.

* Must have the confidence, initiative, patience and integrity to work independently.

* Has not traveling issues and can travel anywhere in the country.

* Good communication skills.
