ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (01 POSITION - KARACHI)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintaining appropriate & adequate financial records such as ledgers, cash books, reconciliations, payrolls, advance etc.
* Providing timely & accurate monthly financial updates & reports
* Providing regular analysis of income & expenditure to senior managers
* Maintaining computerized records & backup of all transactions
* Preparation of various reports to Donors & Management
* Supervision of subordinates
* Coordination with auditors regarding the audits of the organization’s overall financial statements as well as the separate audits of the projects.
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies & procedures including observance of proper internal control systems.
PROFILE WE SEEK:
* For the post of Assistant Finance Manager a degree from university and 3 years experience in development sector is considered necessary.
* Must be able to work well with people of all religions and different ethnical backgrounds.
* Must have the confidence, initiative, patience and integrity to work independently.
* Has not traveling issues and can travel anywhere in the country.
* Good communication skills.

i have more then six years of accounting and finance experience i can handle from voucher to final accounts, and good knowledge of finance maintainting like import loan. demand finance running finance and mark up calculation

I have done my Graduatation in commerce and i have working experience with Eastern Capital Limited – Member Karachi Stock Exchange (G) Limited from 1st January 2003 to continue as
Accounts executive:
Responsibilities: To provide all statements of account to management ie. Income statement, Balance Sheet, Bank reconciliation statement, Maintaining Bank Positions and transfer of funds. Bank overdraft (OD) position. Cash settlement to National Clearing Company Pakistan ltd (NCC), Maintaining purchase and sale entries in client ledger accounts. Maintaining back office system. All payment and receipt, adjustment entries, dividend distribution in ledger accounts, Journal voucher (JV) adjustment, Maintaining branch expense, commission accounts, distribution salaries and maintain in back office.
