SOURCING SPECIALIST
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Preferably B.E.with 1 to 2 years Purchase experience, or graduate with at least 3 years experience in purchasing of Industrial items.
JOB SCOPE
* Support the Purchase Manager in sourcing and procurement of plant & machineries and other Engineering related items and services.
* Conduct Purchasing analysis and reporting, track and trace progress of suppliers for timely deliveries and take initiatives for the overall improvement of the Purchasing function.
* Work in co-ordination with Project Manager to ensure project timelines are met.
HR MANAGER
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* MBA with minimum 8 years experience of HR in a multinational company.
* Must be well-versed with all HR functions and be familiar with labor laws. Previous work experience with unions will be an added advantage.
* Developed communication skills.
JOB SCOPE
* Development of strategic initiatives by working closely with business partners in local and regional management teams.
* Responsible for all matters related to HR for the Industrial Division of the company, including recruitment & selection, training & development, career path planning, compensation, managing CBA.
MEDICAL MANAGERS
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* MBBS preferably with an MBA from a reputable institution. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the industry is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to travel extensively.
JOB SCOPE
* Provide medical support to product management team by staying updated with new research in products and disease areas.
* Disseminate medical information to internal and external customers.
* Interface with marketing and sales teams.
CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATES
* Candidate must have a degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
* The incumbent will be required to conduct and coordinate clinical trials nationwide and develop new centers for research.
* Prior research experience within the industry will be an added advantage.
