LEARNING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Islamabad
The lob holder will be responsible for Learning & Development activities and in addition will be required to work on talent management process of the company. The incumbent will partner with business units and HR management to assess and identify training needs & talent in alignment with the Company’s business plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* In conjunction with line management, plan, manage & execute training & development programs for the entire company, based on the individual's training needs assessment of all the employees. Should be able to impart, organize and conduct trainings, also cany-out evaluation of training effectiveness.

* Develop, update & implement HR procedures & policies related to career development in accordance with local requirements & in line with HR guidelines.

* Identify required competencies for mission critical roles; Identify long-term competency needs in collaboration with line managers to ensure a pool of talent for future leadership roles.

* Promote the learning culture in the organization by various means of communication/trainings.

* Work on talent identification & its implementation.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following traits:
* Masters degree preferably major in HR.

* 5-7 years experience in HR with at least 3 years in learning & development.

* English skills both oral & written.

* Experience of designing (raining courses will be an advantage.

RECRUITMENT MANAGER: Islamabad
The job holder will be responsible for the recruitment function and will be accountable for managing the design, implementation and administration of this function. The incumbent will partner with business units and HR management to assess and identify manpower needs in alignment with the Company's business plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manager all aspects of the company’s recruitment program using recruitment best practices, creative sourcing strategies, knowledge of company’s key strategic imperatives and business operations and external factors to maintain a successful program.

* Manage full life cycle recruitment activities including set recruitment strategies, creating effective souring channels to attract and retain top talent, screening resumes and candidates, coordinating interview processes, conducting reference and background checks and recommending offers.

* Build strong relationships and partner with managers providing them with support, advice, guidance, and recruitment toots to enable them to make effective decisions.

* Manage Annual Employee's Climate Survey 8 analyze the results & develop action plans to address problem areas, & work with Line Managers to implement the plans.

* Support success of new hires by helping managers create a valuable on-boarding-process and help to continually improve HR's orientation program.

* Keep abreast of changing employment marketplace, identifying employment themes and trends to act as employment expert to support the company in meeting business goals.

* Develop management trainee development program & work on similar projects.

* Manage Employer branding through recruitment platform.

The Ideal candidate for this position must possess the following traits:

* Masters degree with a major in HR.

* 5-7 years of experience in human resources with at least 3 years recruitment experience.

* Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top talent

* Experience or familiarity with international hiring practices is highly desirable.

MARKETING MANAGER: Islamabad
A highly challenging position, seeking a dynamic and result oriented incumbent, who will implement the advertising and promotional strategy for the company with new ideas ad thoughts for future improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Research and analyze market trends.

* Identify target markets and how best to reach them.

* Develop marketing strategies.

* Manage budget process.

* Plan marketing campaigns and manage budgets (including Media Advertisements, Online & Offline Campaigns, Promotions & Special Offers etc.)

* Engage in effective image enhancement strategies including press releases, press conferences, events & sponsorships, website updates, co-branded activities etc.

* Ensure that marketing campaigns run to deadline and as per budget

* Monitor and report on effectiveness of implemented strategies and campaigns.

* Manage a team of marketing executives and assistants.

* Creating innovative marketing plans utilizing direct mail, internet, email, fax.

* MBA in marketing preferably from LUMS/IBA or a renowned international university.

ORACLE ERP FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIST: Islamabad
The lob holder will cater to system analysis & functional support of Oracle ERP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyze document end user requirements.

* Handle change requests and perform troubleshooting,

* Conduct acceptance testing and end-user training.

* Design, configure, maintain and support enterprise oracle financial applications and complex interface solutions.

* Identify and implement work processes in oracle applications according to industry best practices.

* Participation in business application.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following traits:

* CA Finalist. ACMA or MBA

* 2 years plus experience as a Functional Consultant of Oracle ERP (Financial, CRM. Supply Chain Management, Participated in ERP implementation projects and provided functional support, systems analysis and design, work experience with a multinational company will be preferred.

* Clear ERP concepts of oracle applications.

* Knowledge of Oracle ERP implementation life cycle.

* Technically sound with business process understanding.

* Fast learner with adaptability in different tools and techniques.
