On time delivery of products to the customers while maintaining the lowest inventory and optimum production efficiency. Manage the supply planning team and ensure their following of defined ordering processes.

SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER
Main job responsibilities shall include:
* On time delivery of products to the customers while maintaining the lowest inventory and optimum production efficiency.
* Manage the supply planning team and ensure their following of defined ordering processes.
* Documentation and updation of all supply planning processes.
* Working on reducing inventions without affecting availability by improving the inventory parameters i.e. lead-time, supply reliability etc
* Evaluate the supplier performance and influence sourcing decisions accordingly.
* Work with suppliers to improve their delivery reliability by having service level agreements and having buffer stocks at the suppliers' side.
* Ensure full use of SAP to improve productivity, efficiency and control.
* Do monthly capacity check (RCCP) and ensure we find solutions for capacity constraints.
* Own and update service level agreements with customers.
* Investigate and respond to all customer complaints.
* Mapping of warehouse,
* To assure FIFO,
* To optimize available warehouse space
* To conduct & overlook monthly stock count
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in any discipline preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experience.
* Knowledge of supply chain techniques essential.
