OMV is Austria's largest industrial organization engaged in Oil & Gas Exploration and Production activities in over 20 countries worldwide. OMV (Pakistan) Exploration GmbH, with its head office in Islamabad, is a subsidiary of OMV AG. The Company has an active exploration program in Pakistan in different concession areas. OMV Pakistan is producing gas from its Miano and Sawan fields in districts Sukkur and Khairpur in Sindh. We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the following Islamabad based contractual position.

FIELD DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Preparation of the Field Development and Project Execution Plans for Latif and Tajjal discoveries

* Establish a Project Organization and define required resources including job descriptions

* Ensure that OMV Standards and Guidelines (incl. Tollgating) are adhered to and implemented

* Implementation of OMV HSEQ Policy - being a critical success factor - in Project
Scope

* Successful implementation of the Field Development Projects Latif and Tajjal, according to time schedule and cost budget in close cooperation with all involved disciplines

* Lead the dedicated Project Team

* Adjustment, if required, of the existing field development plans of Sawan and
Miano

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Masters degree in petroleum engineering or equivalent education

* 10 years experience

* Practical experience in reservoir and project management

* Strong implementation and communication skills

* Fluent in English

* Reporting to: Asset Managers

* Assignment duration: Approx. 2 years
