A public sector organization managing a well known multistoreyed building complex in Lahore requires a suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of ASSISTANT MANAGER (Operations and Maintenance) on contract basis. Required qualification is a Master Degree with minimum Ten years relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES:
* Managing and supervising activities related to planning, designing, constructing and / or

* Maintaining structures and facilities in the building, related to civil structures, electrical installations, HVAC, elevators, water and sewerage works.

* Telephonic communication systems.

* Maintain horticulture, Janitorial and plumbing services and any other related areas.

* The Assistant Manager will be facilities by a team / service providers to execute the works. Selected candidates will be offered attractive compensation package.
